MAC Pilates Complete classes are built on a circuit-training approach to Pilates, in which clients get to use all equipment in the studio (Reformer, Cadillac, Arm Chair, Wunda Chair, and more). Each new circuit starts every 30 minutes for no more than 4 people and a full circuit lasts 55 minutes. This keeps the client/instructor ratio in the studio small so all of our clients receive corrections and attention throughout the class.
Private: Clients receive one-on-one instruction in a tailored 55-minute session. Private sessions are great way to introduce Pilates to your body, to help recover from injury, or to tune-up experienced practitioners.
Duet: A private session, but with a friend! This program gives you and a friend a customized workout for two.
Intro to Private Pilates: This package includes three private Pilates sessions.
Intro to MAC Body: Intro to MAC Body is designed to introduce Pilates to the beginner client.
Learn the basic principals of Pilates Reformer exercises with two private Pilates sessions and two MAC Pilates Complete classes. Your sessions will give you the knowledge and structure needed to begin and continue a results-oriented Pilates practice. For new clients, by appointment only.

We STRONGLY encourage new clients to take at least one private session before attending a class. This gives you the opportunity to learn the current routine and allows our trainers the opportunity to identify any areas that need particular attention.
